This
school was designed by Tony to spread knowledge and power. All who have
been accepted have passed through an intense screening test designed
by those whom Tony trusts, and who are those in charge of the school.
The following is a quote from Tony himself to those who wish to join
his school:
"You should be please with yourselves for being selected. I
require only one thing from you in order for you to remain a part of
my magic school and to learn what only I can teach. This requirement
is absolute loyalty. If I find that any among you betray me in any way
the consequences will be severe. Any of you not willing to make this
commitment are free to leave anytime before you reach the third level.
After that point anyone who leaves will be hunted down and killed. I
don't take kindly to traitors. There is so much we can all learn from
one another if we are willing to open our minds and not be so short
sighted. That is why I am going to be implementing a new program. All
of you who wish to participate are welcome to it. I am bringing in a
man to teach you to fight with weapons and with your hands. What good
is magic if you are drugged and then bound and gagged when you wake
up? Most spells you learn in the early stages require motion to cast.
That is why I feel that teaching you to fight will be a good thing.
Also, the mind and body are united, when your body is strong and healthy,
your mind is healthier and stronger. With this in mind, I would like
to introduce you to my school."

Rankings
Tadaka
The highest rank possible. All students should strive to become Tadaka.
Those in this rank must have a POW of at least 1 million. When this
level has been reached and they have been proven worthy, Tony will personally
teach and train them in the traveler powers.
Cataldo
In order to obtain this rank, a student must have a POW of at least
500,000. In this rank, the secrets of the Vala and Mala will be unlocked.
Among the secrets are the powers allowing great freedom to travel between
worlds.
Kyoto
In order to obtain this rank, a student must have a POW of at least
10,000. In this rank, the power to control Dragons will be taught. Those
who do well in this area may decide to follow the path to becoming a
Dragon Heir if they desire.
Sakai
In order to obtain this rank, a student must have a POW of at least
1,000 and must take an oath of loyalty. Within this rank, more advanced
magic will be taught. This form of magic is known as Elder Sorcery.
Roku
In order to obtain this rank, a student must have a POW of at least
100. In this rank, some advanced magic is taught in a wide variety of
areas. Students are encouraged to study all fields that interest them
and to be sure to not become close-minded. Among the type of magics
taught are Essence and Sunicarn.
Mandoko
In order to obtain this rank, a student must have a POW greater than
18. This is the first true rank. Any person below this this point is
simply a beginning student at the school. In this rank, the basics of
magic are taught along with how to manipulate the forces around you
to best serve your needs. Among the types of magic taught are Spirit
and Sorcery.
Dzurian Magic
Any student wishing to learn any of the Dzurian spells will have to
become a Dzurian. There are certain restrictions by becoming a Dzurian
but the rewards for some are worth it. Any student wishing to do this
will be interviewed by Sethra to determine if they are worthy, and if
they should be presented to the Dzurians as a candidate. Also, once
an apprentice has reach the rank of Tadaka, they will have the opportunity
to serve Tony personally in a capacity known as an Enforcer - one who
will answer directly to the Council.
